Nomita Khatri

TRE and Reiki Practitioner

As a practitioner of Reiki Usui Level II, I've enjoyed understanding the TRE approach to the brain - it's response to tension and trauma; watching as my life changed with both practices. I am able to be in the ventral vagal state for longer periods of time and know how to meet myself in disassociation and activation. Activation not-out-of-stress being a healthy state to respond to life.

Miriam

Reiki Practitioner

I’m someone who believes that healing is more than a process—it’s a reclamation. A return to who we truly are beneath the noise, the trauma, and the weight we were never meant to carry. Through my own journey of breaking free—of shedding layers, confronting shadow, and reconnecting to soul—I’ve come to understand that liberation isn’t just possible; it’s sacred. That’s what I hold space for through Break Free Soul Sessions: deep energetic clearing, intuitive guidance, and embodied remembering. My work is rooted in presence, authenticity, and the belief that every soul deserves to feel safe, seen, and free. This isn't just Reiki—this is a container for your becoming.
