Let me describe the general flow of what the 5-week group TRE experience will entail. Sessions 1-5
Check-in
I will demonstrate each of the 7 exercises one-by-one. Then watch as each of you do them as you warm up the muscles of your legs to tremor.

:: After Session 4 I'll invite each of you to practice TRE on your own before we meet again.That way you can collect any questions you might have for us to discuss as a group in our 5th practice session together.
:: All the material that you need to learn TRE for yourself as a practice will be shared with you in-between sessions via email. You won't have to remember anything. References will be provided.
:: All sessions will run for a maximum of 2 hours.
:: You will experience the tremors / rest as your body needs it through all 5 sessions. The learning component will come from doing and experiencing and therefore activating a muscle that has lain dormant.
Something to consider...
While the practice of TRE is a no-talk practice, we do begin and end each session by checking in as a group.TRE may bring up emotional-mental content that you might want to share in the group. If you'd like to be completely in your own process please consider picking a group that does not have your partner/ other family member in the same group. Please note, this choice depends completely on your dynamic and the capacity that your relationship has to hold what may emerge as you witness each other in the group container.
